Our day to day operation includes constant updates to the customer regarding timing and developments. Questions regarding design or preference are communicated to the customer in one of three ways: text message, email, or phone call – depending on what the customer prefers. Of course, if we meet with the customer in person, we are able to discuss these items as well.
We are technologically capable to making this process as easy and comfortable as possible. Everything that is agreed upon is in writing and therefore we do not put the customer in a position of being unsure of what to expect. We adhere to our word and always strive to complete a project quickly but also correctly!
